All About Fitness Exercises
There are many fitness exercises out there, but the ones I describe here will keep you covered for a long time. I organized many of the exercises to certain muscle groups or parts of the body, but most of them work several parts of the body at once. That's the magic of bodyweight exercises with limited or no assistance (equipment); you're not constrained to a narrow range of motion like with many weight lifting exercises, instead, you're forced to use your body as whole. The result: you end up working more in less time. In addition, there are equipment-based exercises such as for the ab wheel or pull up bar. The kettlebells are weights, but the exercises for them have a wide range of motion and make the body work as a whole. Plus, you can do them at home for a great home fitness workout. Kettlebells Kettlebell exercises are great alternatives to regular weight lifting exercises. They act as an extension of your body, but still allow the freedom of movement, if you've got the strength. Ab Wheel Make your abs as hard as granite with this wheel with a stick running through it. It's so deceivingly simple. Core Exercises Try these core exercises to trim your waistline and tone your abs. Look here for tips on how to lose belly fat. Isometric Exercises Isometrics, the secret to instant strength. These exercises will have you holding your ground in no time. Fitness Games Fitness games are a fun way to get in shape. You can do outdoor activities such as frisbee or kickball, or stay inside with video games like Wii fitness. You can have fun with your friends while staying in shape. Yoga and Pilates Yoga is a relaxing way to exercise your body and relieve stress from the body. Pilates help in the same way with more emphasis on strength and toning.
