This not only acts as a scale and BMI calculator, but also as a fun tool to get you through the 40 or so mini games that this offers. Training on the game is divided up into 4 categories: yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance. Each of these 4 categories has about 10 mini games in it that includes actual training regimens such as running, hula hooping, and lunges. While you're having fun, the game monitors your progress and weight loss, and includes a variety of tools to either set your own goals, or have the game set them for you. The final topic I would like to talk about is Power-lifting, one of the oldest and most beloved sports. Power-lifting is a sport based on 3 exercises designed to increase strength and overall dexterity. Those exercises are the dead lift, the squat, and the bench press. The physical benefits from participating in the sport are well known, and with enough practice could become an extremely fun experience. The constant challenge to do better than your last attempts, or just a friendly bench press challenge with your friends can be immensely rewarding to your physique, while at the same time giving you an avenue to congregate with like minded individuals.
